Christopher T. Coad, MD, FACS, a board-certified ophthalmologist and founder of Chelsea Eye Ophthalmology, is a recognized eye specialist and pioneer in laser refractive surgery. He specializes in advanced vision correction procedures, including LASIK, PRK, Visian ICL, iLASIK, advanced surface ablation, cataract surgery with premium intraocular lens implants, and no-stitch techniques. Dr. Coad is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and affiliated withthe  New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai. He has performed thousands of LASIK procedures since FDA approval in the early 1990s and has received numerous accolades, including Castle Connolly Top Doctor and New York Super Doctor recognition.
